Amber was the first Rottweiler I had intimate exposure with. She was my ex-girlfriends dog and the mother of my two dogs Auddee and Apollo. Her indelible spirit and spunky personality certainly paved the way for my affinity to "Rotties". Amber, like my Auddee, was a ball of energy waiting to do something. She had one litter of six beautiful puppies. After about one year, when the six puppies became more grown up and she would run and play with them, you would bet that she was the youngest amongst them. She also succumbed to osteo sarcoma at the age of nine. Right up until the time of her demise she was full of life and energy. Amber and I had a connection that time and distance will never break. She was a truly wonderful dog and I will miss her forever...!!!...
